Our Verification Services

We offer a full suite of verification options to confirm professional, educational, and personal background details:

Time has changed

We complete verifications in line with FCRA standards, using a mix of automated and manual methods.
Education – $10

Confirms degrees, diplomas, and attendance dates directly with schools, universities, or accrediting bodies.

  • First checked through the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC).
  • If not listed, we contact the school directly by phone, email, or fax.
  • Three attempts are made over 3–4 business days, which may include requesting documents from the applicant (transcripts, diplomas) if needed.
  • Clients can opt out of using applicant documents by contacting Customer Service, but this may delay or cancel the verification.

Confirms past employers, job titles, dates of employment, and eligibility for rehire.

  • If the employer uses The Work Number or another third-party service, we verify through that platform.
  • If no third-party service is required, we contact the employer directly by phone, email, or fax.
  • Three attempts are made over 3–4 business days, which may include requesting documents from the applicant (W-2s, pay stubs, offer letters).
  • Clients can opt out of using applicant documents or third-party services, but this may delay or cancel the verification.

Rush Processing

All verifications are processed in the order received unless a $25 Rush Fee is applied. Rush requests are prioritized but still depend on response times from schools, employers, and applicants.
DOT Employment Verification – $12

Meets FMCSA requirements by verifying a driver’s past safety performance history, employment dates, and reasons for leaving with previous DOT‑regulated employers.

Verifies professional licenses, certifications, and their current status, including expiration dates and any disciplinary actions.

Conducts structured interviews with former supervisors or colleagues to assess work performance, reliability, and skills.

Interviews personal contacts to gain insight into a candidate’s character, work ethic, and trustworthiness.

Confirms branch of service, rank, dates of service, and discharge status.

Reviews publicly available social media activity to identify potential behavioral red flags, reputational risks, or alignment with company values.
